Vincent Girardin Chassagne-Montrachet Morgeot 2016 Bottle:12 and any dishes you wouldThis wine comes from the ultra prestigious and tiny appellation of Chassagne Montrachet in the southerly part of Burgundy. It is made from 100% Chardonnay, aged in French oak barrels and made using 11 generations of savoir faire. The nose has depth of aromatics, displaying hazelnut, vanilla and citrus notes. The palate is dry, medium to full bodied, with a thread of acidity that dances across the palate bringing balance to the concentration of fruit.
